On the tenth day of June, A. D. 1910, the appellants, Thomas BE. Kensett, Jr., and Zillah A. Kensett, his wife, by an instrument of writing dated as of that date, “did grant and convey, assign and set over unto (the appellee) the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, its successors and assigns” certain stocks and bonds therein named which were delivered to said Trust-Company, and also “all the estate, right, title and interest of every kind whatsoever of the said Thomas BE.
