It is stated and admitted that Matthias Seller, being possess»ed of a term of years in a lot of ground situate in the city of Baltimore, by his last will, and testament, bequeathed it as follows: “I give and devise to my daughter Catherine the house and lot wheyeon I now live, all which I give to my said daughter during her natural life, and after her decease I give the same to the heirs of my said daughter Catherine
