This is a motion, inter alia, to hold the defendants in contempt and to reimpose a provision of a prior judgment of this court closing the establishment known as “Wiggles” for a period of one year. Among the issues presented are whether the so-called 60:40 formula applies in determining if an establishment that regularly features live performances by nude women violates the New York City Zoning Resolution, and whether a room in such an establishment where the same women, now bikini-clad, perform “private dances” for patrons constitutes space allocated…
