In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 26, 1973, in favor of defendant against plaintiff as such administratrix, on defendant’s counterclaim, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability and the trial court’s direction of a verdict of $5,000 on the issue of damages.
