Mark R. Hornak, United States District Judge *674Wells Fargo ("Plaintiff") initiated the above-captioned proceedings against Defendants MMDG L.P. ("MMDG") and DGMM L.P. ("DGMM") in order to foreclose on commercial mortgages that Plaintiff purportedly currently holds. The matters were consolidated for pre-trial purposes. Plaintiff now moves the Court for entry of summary judgment in both matters. (ECF Nos. 43, 44). All parties have fully briefed their positions, and the Court heard argument on the pending Motions on October 15, 2018. The matter is now ripe for disposition. For the reasons that…
