The plaintiff, engaged in the business of hauling cotton for the presses in this city, alleges he was employed by defendants, proprietors of the Louisiana Cotton Press, to do what is termed the inhauling of cotton for that press for the seasons of 1891-92. The petition alleges the breach of the contract and claims large damages.
