Palochko v. Reis

Upon a jury verdict, a judgment in the amount of $18,118.79 was entered in favor of the plaintiff, Gary A. Palochko. That sum reflects a Superior Court jury’s special verdict under a G. L. c. 21E, § 4, claim, plus costs and attorney’s fees pursuant to c. 21E, § 4A(d)(2), against the *104defendants, John Reis and John Reis, Inc. The judge who reserved the G.
