Plaintiff Vinod Khurana (“Khurana”) moves the Court to award him a relator’s share of the $500 million settlement that the City of New York and the Department of Justice reached with Science Applications International Corp. in connection with a March 2012 deferred prosecution agreement. The City of New York opposes the motion.
