This case is before the Court on a complaint by the Government National Mortgage Association (“GNMA”), Plaintiff, for relief from the automatic stay to terminate certain executory contracts between GNMA and the debtor. A hearing was held at which the debtor opposed GNMA’s complaint and The First National Bank of Atlanta, the largest creditor of the debtor, intervened in support of GNMA’s position.
