This copyright infringement action brought under the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., (the “Copyright Act”) arises from the alleged unlawful reproduction, distribution and adaptation of the song and sound recording “Dale Don Dale” (the “Copyrighted Work”).
