Jordan, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order by a trial judge who did not preside at the trial, the presiding judge no longer being in office, which reads as follows: "The motion for new trial in the above styled case having been considered by me without hearing, it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the motion for new trial is overruled on each and every ground thereof.” The motion, limited to the usual general grounds, is accompanied by a rule nisi and supersedeas.
