There are presently two matters before the Court. The first matter is a motion, filed by Elsinore Shore Associates, f/k/a Playboy Elsinore Associates, a New Jersey partnership, d/b/a The Atlantis Casino Hotel, (ESA), the debtor-in-possession herein. ESA is seeking an order authorizing ESA to pay prepetition license fees and taxes due to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission (Commission), pursuant to an April 14, 1986 decision of the Commission.
