This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Jack Birnberg & Associates, the bankruptcy trustee for F.D. Roberts Securities, Inc., (the “Trustee”) seeking an order enjoining the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey (the “Attorney General”) from continuing a civil action pending in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Essex County, (the “State Court Action”) as it relates to defendant F.D.
