LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

In this action, Gerald K. Adamson brought individual and class claims against the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The individual claim was an appeal of the Secretary’s denial of Social Security disability benefits. Despite reports supporting his claim from Adamson’s treating physician, the Secretary denied Adamson’s claim at all levels of administrative review.
