OPINION AND ORDER

SESSIONS, District Judge.

This is an appeal of a Judgment of Conviction against Appellant Brian Lamb in United States District Court for the District of Vermont. On March 3, 1997, the Government filed an amended Information charging Mr. Lamb with one count of willfully failing to pay past due child support obligations from on or about December 31, 1995, through October 18, 1996, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 228, a Class B misdemeanor.
