Appellant John Kim (Kim) has filed numerous notices of appeal and amended notices of appeal from different orders issued by the trial court which, in essence, have denied his motions (1) to modify an order re child visitation rights, (2) to set aside an order for his psychiatric evaluation, (3) to disqualify respondent’s counsel, (4) to consolidate these family law proceedings with certain civil rights cases filed by him and (5) for a jury trial.
