¶ 23. (dissenting). The court is today reinstating the license of another attorney who suffered from a medical incapacity. See In Re Disciplinary Proceedings Against Linehan, 2015 WI 82, 364 Wis. 2d 296, 867 N.W.2d 806. In that case, the court imposed numerous conditions to ensure that the attorney continues to receive appropriate treatment and monitoring to prevent a relapse and to protect his clients and the public. I would reinstate Attorney Schlieve's license to practice law in Wisconsin subject to strict conditions such as those imposed in Linehan.
