This is the second appeal in this case. See State v. Huff, 173 S.W.2d 895. This case was remanded because the appeal was deemed premature. By the verdict of the jury appellant was found guilty of burglary and larceny. The jury assessed a punishment of two years' imprisonment for the burglary but did not assess any punishment for the larceny. Neither did the trial court fix a punishment for the larceny.
