Plaintiff, Alice M. Matthews, instituted this action in the lower court against Acacia Mutual Life Insurance Company, Joseph McKay Matthews, Jr., and Mary Alice Lankford, as defendants, to establish her ownership of funds due on two contracts between Acacia and plaintiff’s deceased husband, Joseph M.
