The debtor appeals from anoorder of the District Court terminating his moratorium under subsection s of Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, sub. s, and directing that his real estate, mortgaged for $11,775.93, be advertised and sold at public sale free and clear of liens but subject to redemption within ninety days as provided by subsection s paragraph (3).
