These cases were consolidated for argument and decision because they involve common questions. In No. 71-2828, the National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its decision that picketing by the Cement Masons Union violated Section 8(b) (4) (ii) (B) of the National Labor Relations Act, 61 Stát. 136, 73 Stat. 519, 29 U.S.C. § 158(b) (4) (ii) (B) (1970).
