— This is a suit to enforce specific performance of a contract to convey real estate. The complaint was filed on the 31st of December, 1889, and on the-day of-, 1890, the issues being joined, the cause was referred for the purpose of taking testimony. The complaint avers that on the 21st day of August, 1889, the defendants, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar, executed and delivered to plaintiff their agreement in writing wherein they covenanted and agreed to sell and convey to plaintiff block 23 in the town of Williamsport, upon the payment to them by plaintiff of the sum of…
