The plaintiff sued the defendant to recover for injuries done her by one of the cars of defendant company. The circuit judge was of the opinion she did not. make a case, and directed a verdict for defendant. Coun*315sel for defendant is quite right in saying precedents on this subject are not plentiful, and it is difficult to find a case strictly parallel.
