{¶ 1} The state appeals from the judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, which granted appellee Albert H. Hummel’s motion to suppress. We reverse.

{¶ 2} Based on the evidence presented at the suppression hearing, the trial court found that on November 14, 2001, Trooper Thomas Shevlin of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Highway 18 and State Route 44.
