This is a claim pursuant to the provisions of the Massachusetts Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, G.L.c. 109A seeking to avoid a transfer of real estate from J.W. Boudreau Corporation a/k/a James W. Boudreau Corporation (the “Debtor Corporation”) to James W. Boudreau and Beverly Boudreau. The plaintiff, Barbara A.
