MEMORANDUM

MORTON, District Judge.

This is an action under the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., arising out of plaintiffs’ purchase of a mobile home from Washington Trailer Sales, Inc. (Washington). Washington is in the business of selling and financing new and used mobile homes, or. trailers, for profit. Commerce Union Bank (C.U.B.), a banking corporation doing business in the State of Tennessee, is the assignee of the sales contract, and is an issuer of credit within the meaning of the Act.
