Ocean Beach Properties and Ocean Shore Investments (collectively the debtors or the partnerships) are two related general partnerships which own three undeveloped parcels on an island off the eastern coast of Florida. These entities are the debtors in this consolidated Chapter 11 proceeding. First National Bank and Trust Company of the Treasure Coast (the bank) is the primary secured creditor and holds a mortgage on the properties which are the sole assets of the debtors.
