This 21 U.S.C. § 881 civil forfeiture case is before the Court on the Motions for Summary Judgment of Plaintiff, the United States of America (the “Government”), as to Maria Medina’s claim to Defendants $13,000.00 in United States Currency (“$13,000”) and 1999 Silver GMC Yukon (“Yukon”) (Doc. # 51) and Victor Mier-Chacon’s claim to Defendant 2007 Black Dodge Ram (“Dodge Ram”) (Doc. # 50).
