Robert S. Egger was admitted by this court to the practice of law in the state of Washington on September 6, 1960. He was suspended from the practice of law on April 11, 1972, based on his conviction of two federal felonies. His conviction was upon a jury verdict entered on March 15, 1972, for violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1970) (conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States), and 18 U.S.C. § 2113(c) (1970) (bank robbery and incidental crimes).
