Plaintiff Helen Sborow brought an action in the circuit court of Wayne county, to recover damages for personal injuries claimed to have resulted from falling on a greasy and slippery floor of a building operated by defendant. The following facts are substantiated by the record. Defendant corporation is the owner and operator of a building in the city of Detroit.
