Carrington v. Lentz

In this case is a bill filed by complainant, alleging that he has the equitable title to a tract of land in Butler county; that the legal title is in defendants; and seeking to charge them as trustees for him; to compel the vesting of the legal title in him; to recover possession; and have an accounting for waste.
