This proceeding involved the payment of child support money. The appeal is from an order overruling the plaintiff-appellant’s motion for citation in contempt and sustaining the defendant-appellee’s motion to be allowed credit for overpayment of support money ordered to be paid under the divorce decree.

The plaintiff was granted a divorce from the defendant on De cember 7, 1956, and was awarded the care, custody and control of Steven Koons, the minor child of the parties, subject to reasonable visitation rights of the defendant. The decree…
