E. Brodhead died in this county on July 25, 1892, intestate. On August 4, 1892, on the petition of his-widow, and with no citation issued to, or appearance for, Harold Brodhead, an infant son, Augustus H. Van Burén, apparently a stranger to the estate, was appointed administrator of the estate of the deceased and entered upon the discharge of his duties. On July 12, 1895, a petition was filed in this court, by Mary J. Mowell, she claiming to be a judgment creditor of said administrator, praying that a decree be made requiring said administrator to render an account of his…
