ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S CLAIM OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

This Chapter 7 case came on before the Court at Mankato, Minnesota, on June 27, 1989, for hearing on the Trustee’s objection to Debtor’s claim of exemption. Chapter 7 Trustee Mark C.
