On August 17, 18 and 19, 1967, the Mayor of the City of Syracuse invoked powers vested in him by article 17 of chapter 16 of the Eevised General Ordinances of the City of Syracuse and imposed a curfew (under subdivision [d] of section 16-58 of the ordinance) to continue during certain specified periods.
