Appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court (Monserrate, J.), entered April 7, 1999 in Broome County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent which granted General Municipal Law § 207-c benefits for a limited period of time.
