This is another in a long series of cases involving joint accounts in financial institutions. Nancy E. Walton had three children, Buel Walton, Lloyd Walton, and defendant-appellant Wilma South. Buel Walton died in 1982, leaving his daughters, plaintiffs Rita Venable and Monda Hutchison, as his heirs. After Buel Walton’s death, Nancy E.
