EquiMed, Inc. (“EquiMed”) is the debt- or in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (“the Bankruptcy Court”). In re EquiMed, Inc., Bankruptcy No. 00-1-1147-PM. Pending before this Court is an appeal from an Order entered by Bankruptcy Judge Paul Mannes in the EquiMed case. Appellants Douglas R.
