Seven defendants in this case — Jose Santiago (“Santiago”), Jose Baerga (“Baer-ga”), Julius Williams (“Williams”), Antonio Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”), Joseph Rini (“Rini”), Adrian Agostini (“Agostini”) and Julian Marquez (“Marquez”) — bring before the Court different pretrial motions seeking, among other forms of relief, severance, suppression of evidence and pre-trial disclosure.
