The facts in this case briefly are: On the 5th day of May, 1859, O’Connor & Cullender obtained a judgment against William R. Vallum in the Sixth Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of Georgia. On the 7th day of July of the same year, Isaac Lieber obtained a judgment in the same Court against the same defendant, and at the November Term of the City Court of Savannah, Alfred Haywood obtained judgment against the same defendant.
