[1, 2] The defendant, L. C. Butler, upon appeal from a sentence of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of the city of Norfolk, was tried by a jury in the Corporation Court of that city and found “guilty of willful neglect to support his two infant children, then in destitute and necessitous circumstances,” the punishment being fixed at a fine of five hundred dollars.
