Plaintiff LaSalle Bank National Association (“LaSalle”) sued Paramont Properties, L.L.C. (“Paramont”) and Keith Barket (collectively, “Defendants”) pursuant to the Court’s diversity jurisdiction for repayment under a Promissory Note and Guaranty. Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss Defendants’ Counterclaims and Plaintiffs Motion to Strike Defendants’ Affirmative Defenses.
