This matter is before the court upon pro se Plaintiff Alexander Mickle’s (“Mickle” or “Plaintiff’) objections to the United States Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendations (“R & R”) of April 21, 2006, regarding Plaintiffs action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
