RADER, Circuit Judge.
Delta-X Corporation sued Baker Hughes Production Tools, Inc. and Baker CAC (collectively Baker) for infringement of United States Patent No. 4,286,925 (the ’925 patent). A jury found that Baker willfully infringed the ’925 patent under the doctrine of equivalents. The United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, however, both set aside the jury’s willfulness finding and denied Delta-X’s request for enhanced damages, attorney fees, and costs.
