NEC Corporation and NEC Technologies, Inc. (“NEC”) appeal the denial of their motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) for relief from judgment of damages for patent infringement entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Civil Action No. 89-1571.
