The above-captioned adversary proceeding was commenced on July 15, 2014, by the filing of the Adversary Complaint of Plaintiff to Determine Dischargeability of Debt Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) (A) (i)(ii) (B) (“Complaint”).1 An answer was filed by the United States.2 The matters presently before the Court are the (1) United.States’ Motion for Summary Judgment (“United States’ Motion”) and (2) Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support (“Plaintiffs Motion”, collectively the “Motions”).3 Plaintiff’s…
