Plaintiff Paul de los Reyes, an Illinois resident, was injured in an automobile accident in Indiana on August 18, 1984. The driver responsible for the accident was insured by defendant, Travelers Insurance Companies. Defendant offered to pay plaintiffs, Paul and Priscilla de los Reyes, $10,000, which defendant contends is the upper limit of the coverage for bodily injury under the policy.
