CURLEY, EJ.

¶ 1. Keith M. Bohannon appeals the judgment convicting him of felony murder, as party to a crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 940.03 & 939.05 (2009-10).2 He also appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief.3 On appeal, Bohannon argues that: the trial court erred in denying his motion to substitute a judge who was first assigned to the case, and who was later — following Milwaukee County's judicial rotation — scheduled to be reassigned to the case after a second judge had been assigned; the trial court erred by not allowing ten hours of audio recordings to be played…
