MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

SPATT, District Judge.

The Petitioner Phillip Murph (the “Petitioner”), presently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Facility in Edgefield, South Carolina, brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct his judgment of conviction and sentence. The Petitioner is currently serving a twenty-year sentence imposed by the Honorable Leonard D.
