SUMMARY ORDER

Plaintiffs-counter-defendants-appellants Kathleen Bunnell and Dennis Bunnell (the “Bunnells”) appeal a July 27, 2015 judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, entered after a bench trial, awarding $125,000 plus accrued and post-judgment interest to defendant-counter-claimant-ap-pellee Farzad Haghighi. By memorandum and order entered July 27, 2015, the district court made findings of fact and conclusions of law, finding in favor of Haghi-ghi. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the facts, procedural history, and issues on appeal.
